The richness of nature is the focus of our cuisine and so our kitchen team conjures up wonderful varieties of enjoyment for our guests on the table. For example, we offer daily changing menus and a garden menu for our wonderful terrace with a view of the park.
Our „freiraum“ enjoyment philosophy
Nature is at the heart of our cuisine.
We cook with love and take enough time for it.
We have banned flavour enhancers, artificial flavours and convenience products from our kitchen.
Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is not a marginal topic for us, but is one of our special favourites.
Our service team will accompany you competently on your pleasure trip and pamper you individually and personally.
That is why we only use high-quality seasonal products from the region (the Palatinate and neighbouring Alsace) – if possible in organic quality and/or from fair trade. It is important to us to know the partner farms and their production methods and to be aware of the quality of the products.
The select range of products provides an excellent basis for our dedicated and talented kitchen team to delight the eye and the palate of our guests.
We have a faible for the best wines of the region. Here, too, we attach great importance to quality and sustainability.
